Cap'n Jazz - Little League

Cap'n Jazz is pretty much the origin of the 2nd wave emo explosion that occurred in the late 90s/early 00s. When this band split, the members went on to form some of the biggest bands of the time; the Promise Ring, Joan of Arc, Braid, and several others, with each of those bands taking specific elements of what they did in CJ and expanding them. That being said, CJ can be all over the place...some songs are poppy, some are emo as hell, some are so off-time they are just nonsensical noise, and judging from those later bands you can kinda tell who wrote which songs. Anyway, I think this song is good representation...its poppy, its screamy, its loud, its quiet, its fast and its slow.
